LFM Working in the Local Community

LFM specialize in meeting the needs of all clients. The images above are of a derelict barn in Kendal, Cumbria. Working with the owners, The Cenacolo Community, LFM have tailored a project package enabling Cenacolo to renovate the Barn. Cenacolo, a registered charity, rely solely on donations, so it is not possible to run this project in the standard format. The project package allows Cenacolo to progress with the works when funds allow, without penalty. The result is that Cenacolo can take as long as required to fund and complete the project without any financial penalty from builders. Phase 1 of the project has already been completed with Phase 2 due to commence in March 2007.

New Build Projects

The images above are of a New Build Bungalow in Conistion, Cumbria. Building Contractor resources available to LFM allow for all building projects to be completed in an environment unique to the building industry. Using only trusted, reliable and cost effective contractors, LFM can manage new builds, extensions and modifications to existing offices, homes and factories at extremely competitive rates. Our management and project planning allows us to complete the works on time and within budget.
